The following price list outlines the cost of direct cremation through Simple Choice Cremation - Red Deer. Documentation and Registration: $200
Professional consultation with licensed personnel, including essential services relating to planning cremation. Completion and filing of all documents necessary to carry out the services and supplies requested, including, but not limited to, death registration, burial permit, and four (4) Proofs of Death.
Basic Preparation of Remains: $95
The preparation of the body for placement into the cremation casket, including bathing, dressing, and setting facial features for identification without embalming.
Facilities for Sheltering of Remains: $135
Facilities used to prepare and/or shelter the body; this charge applies whenever the body is in our facility for any purpose.
Cremation Container: $375
The container is a plywood base and cardboard top.
Cremation Fee Adult (18+): $555
These are the fees charged by the crematorium. It includes a temporary container for ashes.
