It’s with heavy hearts the family of Albert Mussio announces his passing on December 28, 2025 at the age of 85.

Cherished husband of 25 years to Irene Caruso.

Beloved father to Dave Mussio, Colleen Wiskel (David), Cheryl Mussio (Tim Tutag), and Jeff Mussio (Kristen).

Proud grandpa and papa to Spencer Mussio (Allysha), Hillary Mussio, Gabrielle Hale (Elliott), Myah Mussio, and Matteo Mussio, and great-grandfather to Peyton & Ryan and Scarlett & Lucas.

Remembered by his brother Giovanni Mussio (Lise).

Fondly missed by his former daughter-in-law Jennifer-Jane Denomey (Poisson) and his dear friend Lou Vozza.

Al is predeceased by his treasured parents Elia and Carmen Mussio.

He will be missed by his extended family and friends.

Deeply proud of his Italian roots, Al never missed an opportunity to share stories of Italy with anyone who would listen, never missing a chance to connect through memories and tradition.

He and Irene enjoyed spending time together dancing, attending concerts, and practicing tai chi.

Per Al’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 11:00am at St. Angela  Merici Church, 980 Louis Ave. Windsor, ON.
