It is with profoundly heavy hearts that the family of Amber Beekhuis announces her passing on September 14, 2025.

Amber was the devoted and beloved wife of Jamie Beekhuis, with whom she shared 33 years of marriage and 36 beautiful years together. Their enduring bond was a true testament to love, partnership, and unwavering support.

Amber was the cherished daughter of the late Marge Mayhew and James Mayhew (Mickey), and a loving sister to Taedem Mayhew (Roger).

She was a proud and devoted mother to her five children, Brandice (Chris), Brittani, the late Shelbi, Mason (Brittany), and Taran (Emily). Her children were her pride and joy, and she was supportive, nurturing, and strong, always putting her family first.

Amber was a proud grandmother to Trentin, Kiera, Lincoln, Elise, Abigail, Mackenzie, Logan, Mikaila, Brooklyn, Brinley, Arthur, Theodore, and proud aunt to Priya. She adored each of them deeply and was a constant presence in their lives.

Amber was also dearly loved by her loyal canine companions, Zeus and Zena, who brought her joy and comfort every day.

Amber was known for her incredible work ethic. She was a hard worker in every aspect of life whether it was providing for her family, supporting those she loved, or giving her all to any task given. She was truly the rock of the family, the one everyone turned to, and the one who held everything and everyone together.

Amber had a great heart, full of love, compassion, and kindness. Her presence will be missed beyond words, but her strength, warmth, and spirit will live on in those who knew and loved her.

As per Amber's wishes, cremation has already taken place.
