In Loving Memory
Peacefully, on Friday, February 13, 2026, at the age of 81.
Loving husband of Lynn Ringer. Devoted father of Shawn Bullard. Beloved brother of Evelyn and Audrey, and predeceased by Dot, and Sylvia. Adored son of the late Katherine, and the late Gordon Bullard. Andrew will be missed by family and friends.
The family would like to thank the medical teams at the Queensway Carleton Hospital, and Harmer House Adult Day Program staff and volunteers. Andy requested no formal service.
