In Loving Memory
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marlene, on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the age of 79.
Loving wife of George, devoted mother of Kathryn “Kitty” (Kyle), and Robert, and cherished grandmother of Natasha (James) and Katelyn.
She was predeceased by her parents Alfred and Jessie Garnett and her brothers Edward (Ruth) and Gary (Betty). She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
A private service and burial will be held by Marlene’s family. Friends and family are welcome to join us for a Celebration of Marlene’s Life, to be held at Aspira Hazeldean Gardens Retirement Living, 6130 Hazeldean Rd, Stittsville, on Sunday, September 13th from 1 -3 pm.
Family and friends wishing, may make memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Animal Humane Society in your area.
