In Loving Memory
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara , on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at the age of 83. Devoted mother of Nancy Green (Brian), Tim Green (Rina), Fred Green (Sarah), Rhonda James-Keeler. Cherished grandmother of Brady James, Andrew and Taylor James-Keeler, Keegan and Devon Green. Beloved sister of (surviving siblings) and predeceased by sisters Mildred Boal, Shirley Wagar, Beverly Typhair, Brenda Lalonde, and Susan Graham and brothers Thomas Green and Lloyd (Buddy) Green. Adored daughter of the late Dorothy, and the late William Green. Barbara’s memory will always be cherished by her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
The family would like to thank all the Staff of various departments of the Perth Great War Memorial Hospital and the personal support workers that care for her at home. A special thanks to everyone that was with her when she passed.
Barbara was a very caring woman and an adopted mom to many. She had a heart of gold and would help anyone. She will definitely be missed and remembered by all who knew her.
A Celebration of Barbara’s Life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation of Canada are appreciated. Cremation services by Simple Choice Cremation Ottawa, 613-692-5353.
