It is with heavy hearts that the family of Brian Cocksey announce his passing on June 28, 2026, at the age of 86.

Brian was the beloved husband of Iris Cocksey and a loving father to Beverley Paquette, Tracey Garant (Ron), Leslie Bertram (Doug), and Wendy Simon. He was an adored grandfather to Gary Girard, Brian Girard, Jennifer Paquette, Stephen Paquette, Chelsea Doust, Tyler Bertram, Samantha Bertram, and Karlie Simon, and a cherished great-grandfather to 14 great-grandchildren. Brian is also survived by his brother, Carson Williams.

Brian enjoyed travelling, photography, cars, and especially spending time with his beloved dogs. One of his greatest accomplishments, and a true act of love, was moving his family across the world to build a brighter future for his wife and children. His strength, determination, and devotion to his family will be remembered always.

As per Brian’s wishes, cremation has taken place. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
