It is with deep love and sadness that we announce the passing of Connie Dunn (née Langlois) at the age of 79. A devoted mother, cherished Nana, loyal friend, and a woman whose kindness touched everyone she met. Connie passed away on July 25, 2026, surrounded by the people who loved her most.
She is predeceased by her parents, Leo and Dora Langlois, and her two beloved sisters, Leola Sutton (Jim) and Joline Samples (Bill), whom she missed dearly and spoke of often. We take comfort in knowing they are reunited once again.
Connie leaves behind her legacy of love with her children, Dean Dunn (Alisha) and Dana Dunn. She will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Ruby, Jax, Reagan, and Ariah, as well as her nieces and nephews.
Connie was a woman of resilience and quiet strength. Her involvement in AA was an important part of her life’s journey, and she offered support, hope, and honesty to many walking the same path. Whether or not it is mentioned publicly, her commitment to growth and helping others was one of her greatest legacies.
Her warmth, humour, and unwavering love will remain with us always. We will see her in every hummingbird’s flutter — a small reminder of the beauty she brought into our lives.
Cremation will take place, and a Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
