Daniel Lynch passed away peacefully on January 30, 2026, at the age of 94.
He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Delores Lynch, and his son Donal. Daniel will be lovingly remembered by his son Sean, and by his dear friend Carolyn Venus, and Damon Clark whose companionship meant a great deal to him.
Daniel was a retired Engineer with the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO), a career he took great pride in and one that reflected his strong work ethic and dedication. In his retirement, Daniel greatly enjoyed spending time playing cards, especially Bridge, a game he loved for both the challenge and the camaraderie it brought.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the staff at AgeCare Kingsville for their exceptional care, kindness, and compassion shown to Daniel.
Daniel will be remembered for his quiet strength, warm heart and love of a good game of cards.
A life well lived, a game well played,
In hearts remembered, never faded.
Though cards are laid and hands now still,
His love and laughter remain with us still.”
