It's with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother Diane Vancoughnett nee Cranston on July 1st 2026 with her family by her side at the Hospice of Windsor Essex County. Known for her love for her Family, Fishing and shopping.

She is survived by her partner Paul Materiuk and beloved pet Poppy, her Sister Marilyn Evoy, and her children Lisa Brachok (Mike), Chris Tasker and Jo-Ellen Gilham (Jay). Daughter in law Kelly Tasker, Step Daughter Crystal Small (Billy). Predeceased by her son Jim Tasker, parents Delmar and Marie Cranston and two brothers Larry and David Cranston. Cherished Grandma to Amber, Crystal, Judy (Treye), Ashley (Ryan), Zachary (Julia) Dilon. Great Grandma to Kenny,Gavin, Athena, Emryss, Evan, Camden, Logan and Bryson. G-MA to Paul (PJ) Jaden, and James.

As per mom's final wishes, there will be no visitation, Celebration of life was March 2026 and cremation has taken place.

A special Thank you to the Hospice of Windsor Essex county. There are some Angels there. Mikayla, Amanda, Gina, Gayle, Isaac, Kelly, Tammy Debbie and Taylor. Just to name a few. Cannot forget to mention Every Volunteer Role from gardening to kitchen staff, spiritual to hand massages and PCA's. Thank you for making our stay special and being there with all of us along her journey.

Cherished Aunt/Friend to many, we will Miss Love and cherish every moment/memory made with you.
