It’s with heavy hearts that the family of Doug Fowler announces his passing on December 12, 2025 at the age of 70.

Cherished husband to Karen Lynne Fowler (nee Schultz).

Beloved father to Gary Douglas Fowler and Jillian Jane Bradacs (Robert).

Proud Grampy Declan John Bradacs.

Forever remembered by his sisters Lois Fenety (the late Peter), Deb McCallister (the late Brent), and Susan Young and his brothers-in-law Eric (Cheri) Schultz and Brian Schultz.

Doug was the son of the late John and Joyce Fowler and is the son-in-law of Charles and Beverly Schultz

Doug will be missed by his extended family and friends.

Doug retired from Olivetti/Kelcom Copiers after many years as a dedicated computer technician. A true jack of all trades, he could fix or build just about anything. He loved working on cars, welding, and tackling any handyman project that came his way. He found great joy in birdwatching, tending to his garden, spending time in nature, and most especially, sharing time with his beloved grandson.

As per Doug’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

In memory of Doug, donations may be made to the Windsor-Essex Humane Society.
