Franco "Frank" Anthony Cacciotti

In Loving Memory

Franco “Frank” Anthony Cacciotti passed away peacefully in his 77th year, with his
family by his side on July 6, 2026.

Predeceased by his father Domenico Cacciotti, his nephew William Cook, his beloved
wife Carol (nee Johncox), his mother Rosa Maria Risi, his sister Silvia Cook, and his
brother-in-law Neville Brown.

Loving father of Joel (Jenn) and Marco (Laura). Proud “Grandpa Frank” to Alyssa, Josh, Jax,
Logan, Noah and Dominic. Frank will be missed, and lovingly remembered by his Stepfather Carmine Risi, sister Giancarla (Victor), brother-in-law Doug, sisters in law Laurie and Sue, many nieces and nephews, cousins in Canada and in Italy, friends and extended family.

Born in Carpineto Romano Italy, Frank immigrated to Canada with his mother and two
sisters in April of 1954. Frank loved all things automotive, and turned his love of cars
into a lifelong career. In his retirement Frank enjoyed trips to Princess Auto, keeping up
with world politics and watching his races.

A million thanks to Frank’s incredible “community” who all worked together to keep him
in his home as long as possible, just as he wished. A special thank you to the staff of 3A at the Queensway Carleton Hospital for their exemplary care and compassion in his final days.

Service will be held on July 29th at 1:00 at St. Augustine’s Parish, 1060 Baseline Rd, Ottawa, ON, K2C 0A6. Reception to follow. All are welcome.
