It is with heavy hearts that the Family of Gary F. Gagnon announces his passing on July 13, 2026, at the age of 83.
Loving son to the late Sonny and Agnes Gagnon.
Beloved husband of Vivian.
Loving father to: Jeff Gagnon (D 2016), Lisa Deschamps (Tim), Scott Gagnon (D. 1991), Allen Ruston(Lorri), Michael Gagnon (Kim) , Jaison Gagnon ( Sophia), Melissa Gagnon (Chris), Joseph Fram ( Patti 2026), Kevin Fram (Jackie).
Adored Grandfather to: Jessica(Rob), Ethan (Jessica ), Adrian(Christina), Lauren, Cassandra, Brooke, Greg, Ryan (Stephanie), Erin (Justin), Owen (Emily), Paul, Sharon, and Crystal.
Adored Great Grandfather to: Noah, Ellie, Lily, Lindsay , Eva and Baby G on the way.
Dear brother to Wayne (d 1995) (Frances), Leroy, Cheryl(Frank), Judy (Wayne).
He will be missed by many, many nieces and nephews.
He will be truly missed by many local musicians that he had the joy and pleasure of sharing a stage with and entertaining people over the years . He considered all of them friends and some he felt were more than friends they were family to him. And his best times were when he was joined on stage with his cousins when they had their band the "New Canadian Breed"
His music brought a lot of joy to many people of all ages over the many decades from his country and his blues music to his very entertaining Elvis' tribute show that amazed many. Gary was not just an artist with his music he was also an outstanding machinist where he did very delicate and very detailed work with a pantograph machine. The work he did would also be considered art by the many people in the tool trade who got to see his work back in the day.
As per Gary's wishes cremation has taken place
