James Arthur Webber
Obituary Overview
James Arthur Webber
After battling this thing called life, Dad passed away on Saturday January 17th, 2026, at the young age of 68. Waiting for him were all of the dogs he loved in his lifetime. James, Jim, Jimmy, Jimbo, was brought into this world by Art and Barb Webber on July 27th, 1957, growing up in Riverside, as a true Rebel. He was the big, little brother to Rick (Karen) and Uncle to Liam. Dad definitely wanted boys, but was blessed with two girls; Jacie (Joel) and Sydney (Andrew). He got his way when he became Crazy G.J to grandsons Blake and Max, where Max learned some interesting vocabulary and they shared their love for cars and snowmobiles. You could have a conversation with Dad about anything, but he could also spend the day alone in the sun escaping in a suspense novel.
He kept you on your toes, but, always in the best outfit of course. Whether he was boating, building a house, at the cottage, bbqing, or doing a quick modelling gig at Freeds, it was easy to love him with those beautiful blue eyes, that little smirk, and the best belly laugh. We are so grateful for the angels at the Berkshire, and for those who stuck by Dad throughout the years.
In honour of Dad’s love for dogs, donations will be accepted then presented to Charlottes Freedom Farm.
