With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jim Brown on January 2, 2026, at the age of 85.

Jim was the loving husband of the late Sheila Brown and a devoted father to Joy Jocco and Michele O’Donnell. He was a dear friend to Kevin and his wife Sandy, and Kristine and husband Dave. A proud and loving papa, Jim will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Cassandra, Blaze, Shelby, Kelly, Ashley, Jessica, Kevin Jr., Lisa, as well as by his many great-grandchildren.

Jim was a dear brother to (lateJune), Dale, wife Paulette, and Donna (late John).

Jim worked for many years as an accountant at Kelsey-Hayes. After retiring, he enjoyed staying active by working part-time as a delivery driver for Shoppers Drug Mart. He especially loved driving, going out on weekends with friends for dinner and dancing, and enjoying trips to the casino. Jim will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the devoted staff of Sun Parlor Home and Erie Shores Leamington Hospital for their compassionate care.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes or Alzheimer’s Society of Windsor.

Arrangements entrusted to Simple Choice Cremation.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
