JOHN GRAHAM BOWER(1950 -2025)
Peacefully on August 30, 2025, in his 76th year, after battling Parkinson’s Disease with dignity and grace for over 30 years. John was a teacher and hockey coach at Lower Canada College in Montreal, where his colleagues, students and players regarded him highly and valued his wonderful sense of humor. Predeceased by his wife Deirdre Falkner Bower. He will be greatly missed by his children Sean (Sarah-Jane), Graham and Roger (Rian); grandchildren Riley, Arabella and Shane; and siblings Steve and Barb (Bill). We thank the compassionate staff of Huron Lodge in Windsor, ON for their steadfast care of John since 2017. Please think of John when you have one of his favourites: a great steak, vanilla ice cream, or pure Quebec maple syrup. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson Canada would be much appreciated.
