Josef Rudolf Hahn 15 April 1935 – 31 August 2025
Josef Hahn passed away peacefully at his home in Welland in his 91st year on August 31, 2025.
Josef was born in Eger, Czechoslovakia, and emigrated to Canada in 1954. He worked as a foreman at Commodore Business Machines and Gatsteel. In 2002, Josef retired and spent his time gardening, and enjoying his German Shepherds, fish and birds. His passions also included reading, history and politics.
Josef was predeceased by his two loves, his wife Betty (2007) and partner Linda (2021), and his sister Hanna Rollo. He is survived by his children Susan (Ray Baggs) and Rudy (Laura Campbell), grandchildren Cierra (Zak Mahrady), Lucas, Daniel and Jacob, and his great-grandson Zakai.
