In Loving Memory
Unexpectedly with family by her side, it is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lenore Legassie, on Sunday, November 23, 2025, at the age of 63.
Loving wife of the late Douglas Anderson. Devoted mother of Ryan Anderson (Canney Lin). Cherished grandmother of Myles and Wyle “B”. Beloved sister of Lynn Legassie (Edward Michaud), as well as sister Lauren Legassie and her son Jason Legassie. Adored daughter of the late Noella, and the late Burns Legassie. Lenore’s memory will always be cherished by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
The family would like to thank The Ottawa General IUC Unit for their compassionate care of Lenore.
Lenore love to play music and dance but most of all she adored her grandchildren the most. She was a beautiful soul, with love for all around her.
A private family Internment will be held at a later date; no funeral will be held at Lenore’s request.
