It is with heavy hearts that the family of Linda Thompson announces her passing on October 28, 2025. Beloved mother to Michelle Kennedy-Ryan (Kieran). Cherished grandmother to Brittany Salusny (Adam), Amber Spicer (Jesse), Tamara Spicer (Brandon), and Abbigail Ryan. Forever remembered by her 7 great grandchildren Nathan, Ava, Lincoln, Penny, Clementine, Zoey, and Gladys.

Linda will not be forgotten by her extended family and friends at Heritage Community Living. Specifically, but not limited to, her boyfriend George, friends Brian and Jill as well as her caretakers Karen and Dan.

Linda over the years enjoyed showing Afghan hounds as well as knitting and crocheting for which she made many beautiful and unforgettable gifts. She loved music, especially Bon Jovi as well as many other artists. She enjoyed her friends at her home as well as playing bingo, chatting and of course a good poutine and a diet Pepsi. She was always up for a long conversation with her daughter Michelle and was very supportive in Michelles life especially near the end.

As per Linda's wishes she will be cremated and there will be a celebration of life in the Spring at Point Pelee.
