Marguerite “Maggie” Moison

Marguerite “Maggie” Moison was born on May 4, 1949, and passed away peacefully on January 8, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

She was a cherished and devoted mother to Patrick (Tara), Keith, and Tracy, and a proud meme to Austen (Courtney), Laura, Brady, and Brianna. Maggie was overjoyed to be a great-meme to Colter and eagerly awaited the arrival of his new sibling. 

She was a loving sister to Louis, Leona, Lucille, and Juliette. Predeceased by her parents Edgar and Cecilia Moison. 

Maggie will be deeply missed by her many dear friends and her beloved pet companion, Oakley.

She spent her early years farming alongside her family before beginning a long and dedicated career at the GM Trim Plant. Maggie proudly made history as the plant’s very first female lift truck driver, an accomplishment she held close to her heart. Despite her many achievements, nothing made Maggie prouder than her children and grandchildren. Her love for her family was immeasurable, and all who knew her are grateful to have been blessed by it.

In keeping with Maggie’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held in the Spring, with details to be shared at a later date.
