It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Mato Matthew Sreter on Tuesday, December 30th, 2025, at the age of 97.
Loving husband of Nadica for 54 years. Devoted father of Matthew and Katherina. Cherished grandfather of Gabriella and MacKenzie. Beloved brother who was predeceased by all his siblings. Adored son of the late Kata and Franjo Sreter.
Mato’s memory will always be treasured by his entire family, including his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Mato's family would like to thank everyone for their love, prayers, thoughts, support, and condolences at this difficult time.
To honour Mato's wishes, there will be no public service. A private service will be held by Mato's family at a later date.
