Peacefully on May 28, 2026, with the love of his life at his side, Patrick entered into rest at University Hospital at the age of 81.
Beloved wife of 46 years and best friend of Janet. Lifetime friend of Adolf. Much loved Dad of Pat (Vicki), Mike, Kim (Guy LeBlanc), Jeff Wischlinski (Jenn) and John (Chrissy).
Proud grandpa of Courtney (Kyle), Amanda (Talmage), Emma, Laura, Abby, Dustin, Brittany, Larissa, John Riley and Skylar. Great grandchildren, Landon, Madison, Raelynn, Harper, Alex, Navy, Ashton, Amelia, Braxton, Lenix, Fox, Maverix, Alia.
Dear brother of Christine Lyburtas and her family. Caring brother-in-law of Lynne (Ron), Margaret (Fred) and their families.
