In Loving Memory
Peacefully, with his sons by his side, Pat passed away Tuesday morning in his 71st year at LHSC after a prolonged battle with COPD. Pat is predeceased by his father, Jim and his mother, Aggie. Pat is survived by his siblings Jerry (Connie), Judy (Bent), Diane (Ron) and his three sons P.J. (Tasha), Kevin (Randi) and Kyle. Pat will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren Chase, Parker, Charlotte, Freddie and his nephews and nieces. A private funeral will be held for immediate family, but we invite all of his friends and family to join us for a celebration of life on Saturday, May 2nd at the Moose Lodge on 6 Weston Street London, Ontario from 12pm-4pm. In lieu of flowers please make donations in memory of Pat to the London Health Science Foundation (lhsf.ca).
