Paul Shewan

Paul Shewan passed away at Victoria Hospital in London on June 5, 2026, from pneumonia complications. He had just turned 80.

He is survived by two children (Meranda and Trevor), three grandchildren (Owen, William and Ethan), one brother (Robert), nieces (Kelly, Christina) and nephews (Jerry and Ian).

Paul loved his family. He also loved poetry, being outside, especially fishing and getting to know others. He found community through AA. Although he spent the last year of his life in long term care in London, he lived for more than a decade in Stratford. He told us often about the conversations, coffees, and meals he had with all of you.
