Raymond (Roman) Nykiforuk, aged 86 years passed away Thursday, April 2nd, 2026, in Hospice. Ray grew up in Watson, Saskatchewan and moved to Windsor, On at age 15 with his late parents Peter & Mary Nykiforuk. He was predeceased by his brothers Taras, Karpo, Marco & Stephen. Predeceased by his first wife Beverly (nee Bond) in 1981. He is survived by his loving wife Carol, children Pamela Liebsch, (Peter Liebsch), Jason Nykiforuk, Jill Dunlap and Wendy German. He is remembered by his grandchildren Lexi, (Jake), Katerina, Braeden , Matilyn, Everleigh, Brielle, Opal, Victoria, Miranda, (Nick) Liam, (Deanna), and beloved great granddaughter Parker Rae.

If you were lucky enough to be invited to his home, he would certainly have asked “How ya do?” and offered you something to eat or drink, (even the plumber or anyone that came to the door!). He adored his family and loved when family gathered around him, which was often. He enjoyed fishing, playing games, cars and was proud of his Ukrainian heritage. He worked at Chrysler for 36 years. He loved to travel back to the Prairies to visit family. He will be missed by many precious friends, along with his family, and his dog, Kenzie).
