It is with heavy hearts we say goodbye to Robert James Freure, 91 years, who passed peacefully on Monday, December 15, 2025. He spent his last days surrounded with the love of family and friends.
Loving Husband of Barb Welch of 15 years and Marilyn Jean Freure (nee Burbidge) of 36 years. Loving Father of Lori Elizabeth MacMillan (Ray), Lynda Jane Schincariol (Michael), and Richard James (Sharon). Loving Grandfather to Lyndsay, Kelsey, Bethany, Alexander, Kristy, RJ, and Great Grandfather to Brooklynn, Makayla, Shelby, Molly, Heidi, Emma, Aubrey, Ryder and Jack. Beloved Brother of Margaret Dale (Bill) deceased.
He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
Funeral service and celebration will be held at First Baptist Church on 3 Fox Street, Leamington on January 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Internment will be held at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Guelph Ontario at a future date.
