Robert McLaughlin Watcher, 89 of Strathroy, passed away on June 6th, 2026

A man of deep faith, Robert was a dedicated member of Jehovah’s Witnesses. He found great purpose and comfort in his service to Jehovah and looked forward to the hope held out in the Scriptures.

He will be dearly missed by his beloved wife, Shirley; his children, Robert Steven (Anne), Becky Yvonne, Timothy Michael (Susan), and Sharon Louise (Adam); his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, his sister Alexandra Metcalfe; and his many friends in the congregation. He leaves behind a legacy of devotion to his family and his God.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 27’th, 2026, 1:30pm, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 50 Ontario Street, Strathroy On, N7G 3N9.

For those unable to attend in person, the service will also be available via Zoom.
