It is with Heavy hearts and deep sadness to say Robert Terrance Joseph Murphy, 69, Passed away peacefully at home in bed on January 4th, 2026 in Windsor Ontario, surrounded by Love, Care, and help.

Born on September 19th, 1956 in Windsor, Robert was known for his Antics, Joking around, Extravagant present wrapping and being there to help a friend or family. He was a jack of all trades and helped out where he could. He was a trucker, Cadet, Mechanic, Fisherman, Maple Leaf's and Bluejay's fan. Those who knew him will remember his love and avidness for fixing things, fishing, beer, Hockey, and being goofy.

He is survived by His son Zachary Murphy(Jesika), Daughter Stacey(Jeff), beloved son of Helen Murphy, Predeceased by Brother Rick(Carol), Brothers Ron(Shirley) and John(Darianne), Sisters Catherine and Connie, Many Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, His best friend Bob and his little buddy Spike and Mother of his children Maryanne.

Keeping with his wishes, Robert spent his final days at home, where he was kept comfortable, warm, loved, and at peace. The family is incredibly grateful to the nurses who helped him in his times of need, when he needed it the most and to the care and support they gave and showed him.

A celebration of life luncheon with be held on Saturday January 10th, 2026 at the Sportsmen’s Club at 2401 Dougall Ave at 1pm.
