It’s with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Sandra Miner, on January 24th, 2026 after a long battle with COPD.

Sandra was a loving mother, who enjoyed spending time with her family, and her precious puppy Micha.

Sandra leaves behind her daughter and best-friend, Kerry (Richard Shaw) whom she shared a very close and special bond with, and lived mostly with them throughout her life. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren Selina Shaw and Richard Shaw Jr who knew her as their Mimi!

She Also left behind her Son Todd Jolicoeur (Corrine) grandchildren Tristen, Lucas and Max.

Survived by her sister Sheila (Blaze), whom she loved and cared for deeply, sharing beautiful memories between them. As well as her sister Janice and brother Douglas, who she loved to share company with.

Sandra’s happiness sparked from her relationship with her puppy Micha, who was her companion, and greatest love, they shared 12 beautiful years together, which brought Sandra so much comfort and joy.

Sandra was also loved by many nieces and nephews, friends, and extended family members who will miss her dearly.

Sandra will be remembered for her free spirit, her unwavering encouragement, and the constant love she gave to those who were fortunate enough to know her.

Cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life ceremony will commence at a later date to bless Sandra’s ashes.
