    Born December 27, 1942, passed away peacefully in Windsor, Ontario, on Friday, May 22, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer. 


    Tom is survived by his mother, Joan Louise Cummings (née Vrooman), and was predeceased by his father, Doug Ditchfield.

     He will be remembered with love and respect by those who knew him.

     A quiet life now rests in peace, and his memory will remain in the hearts of family and friends.
