Order Cancellation:

The customer may cancel this order at any time before it has been fully performed by giving written notice to the Company. Once received Simple Choice Cremation will process a refund less any services rendered, or merchandise supplied.

We will initiate your refund promptly. The return of your funds will be subject to your credit card provider's refund processing timeline and policy, or if you paid via Paypal, in accordance with their refund processing timeline and policy.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are only permitted on merchandise that has not yet been supplied to the customer at the time of the exchange request and not on any items that have been personalized by way of engraving, the addition of names and/or dates or fingerprint impressions.

Sales Tax:

Each province will be subject to specific sales tax based on the rate of said province at the given time of the sale.
